Everything is turning White

I woke up to WHITE this morning. Not a lot of white, but just enough to put me in the holiday mood. I sat for about an hour this morning with a cup of Chai Tea, watching the snow fall. I love the beauty of it. I still hate to drive in it, but I love how it makes everything look.

This is right outside my front door.
My son's bike outside of the original farmhouse, which is
just behind our house.
(He needs to put his bike away)
Another view outside my front door.

I love this tree!
It's so big.

You can see there is not a lot of snow on the ground yet.

My blue metal roof is now white.

Our red barn.

So, with the snow outside and really nowhere to go today.....I am going to finish painting my living room and hopefully start to put some holiday decorations out. I know a lot of you have already started....I know because I have been visiting your wonderful blogs and seeing wonderful ideas that I will be borrowing ;) Hope you are having a wonderful Sunday.
Until Later,
~Toni~

  1. I love to look at it, too. Doesn't happen very often here. Had a good one last year so probably won't this year. Seventies here this week. Ugh. Does not feel like Thanksgiving. I prefer cold for the holidays.

  5. Loved seeing your snow pictures, but I DO NOT want it here. People in the MidSouth don't know how to drive in the rain much less that stuff! :D
    Have a great week!
